What is the procedure to install specific OpenJDK Java 8 update ?

Currently, the latest Java8 OpenJDK update is 121.

How can someone install a specific update and not the "latest" one ?
I encountered this requirement when trying to install specific Java 8
version on Ubuntu 16 machine.

This is crucial especially for automation scripts where you want to have
full control of the installed version.
