Hi,

8043913: remove legacy code in SPARC's VM_Version::platform_features
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8043913

This backport is required to support other changes in the same area in 
8u.  In 9, this change happens before other changes in the same file, so 
having this change will make other work simpler and have the histories 
more similar in 8u and later releases.
