[8u-dev] Request for approval for CR 8166772: Touch keyboard is not shown for text components on a screen touch

Hello,

I would like to request for approval to push a backport of the fix from 
JDK 10 to JDK 8. The corresponding CCC request for a change in JDK 8, 
which is part of this fix, was filed and is approved.
