[8u-dev] Request for approval for CR 8190690: Impact on krb5 test cases in the 8u-CPU nightly

Hi

I'd like to request approval for a jdk8u only test fix of

   https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8190690

In some environment, a network name lookup might occur before the customized name service in the KDC.java test helper class is installed, this fix move the installation of the name service from test code to java launcher.

The fix has been reviewed by Séan Coffey at
