May I get the approval for backport of 'JDK-8184016:: Text in native popup is not always updated with Sogou IME' to jdk8u-dev.

 

The patch from JDK-10 was applied cleanly.

Ensured that there are no failures related to this on JPRT (both west and Stockholm) Queues.
