Cross compile jdk8u on PPC32

I am trying to compile jdk8u using jvm-variant "zero" and it asks for
'libffi'.
I read that it uses 'libffi' for JNA to bridge between the interpreter and
native code. It does not use JNI.
My question is if the final VM will have support for JNI, because I will
need to run a java project that is already coded and uses JNI generated by
SWIG.
Also thank you for the help and info about Azul.
Thank you,
Radu
