May I get the approval of clean backport of dependent bugs
   1. JDK-8134103: JVMTI_ERROR_WRONG_PHASE(112): on checking for an interface
   2. JDK-6988950: JDWP exit error JVMTI_ERROR_WRONG_PHASE(112)
to jdk8u.
