Hi,

can I please get an approval for down-porting "8132374: AIX: fix value
of os.version property" from jdk9 to 8u-dev?

The change applies cleanly to the 8u-dev/jdk repo modulo the usual
directory shuffling.

I had to leave out the associated regression test
(test/java/lang/System/OsVersionTest.java) because it would require
changes to the test infrastructure which aren't available in
jdk8u-dev. But I don't think that's a big issue as  the test was
trivial and the change only affects AIX anyway.
