Hi,

I'd like to get approval to backport to jdk8u:

8035725: Must keep microsoft VS_PATH on PATH after toolchain detection

This is a small change that imports almost cleanly into jdk8u-dev.  Of 
the 3 changes in  common/autoconf/toolchain.m4 the last one just removes 
some trailing whitespace, which is not needed in 8u (and we need to 
rebuild and commit generated-configure.sh).

This follows on from changes for 8034788, see other email.  This only 
affects some Windows builds, although I was getting good results from 
Windows builds with my proposed 8034788 changes. I'll only proceed with 
this after that change (if approval is OK for both).
