[8u-dev] Request for approval to backport: 8076117 : EndEntityChecker should not process custom extensions after PKIX validation

Hello!

I'd like to backport this fix to jdk8u-dev.
The unshuffled patch applies cleanly.
The patched jdk builds well on all platforms, the regression test pass Okay.
No other regressions noticed.
