CFV: New OpenJDK 8 Updates Committer: Severin Gehwolf

I hereby nominate Severin Gehwolf (sgehwolf) to OpenJDK 8 Updates Committer.

Severin is already a committer for later versions of OpenJDK (9 and up) and
has had a number of backports approved for OpenJDK 8, in addition to his own
work [0], including three in the last twenty-four hours.

Votes are due by 17h00 UTC on the 11th of July, 2018.

Only current OpenJDK 8 Updates Committers [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination.
