JDK 10 changes were applied cleanly to 8u-dev after adjusting the file path and copyright year. Spec changes have not been included in backport. CCC request has been approved.

I have tested out all the relevant AWT JTREG tests.

Also, ensured that there are no failures related to this on JPRT (Stockholm) queues.
