[8u] RFA: 8196516: libfontmanager must be built with LDFLAGS allowing unresolved symbols

Hi,

Please approve this backport of JDK-8196516 which allows us to build
with linker flags like "-Wl,-z,defs" a potential default in future
Fedora versions. A fix for this is in JDK 11 and I've not heard of any
issues. The JDK 8 change has been reviewed again as the JDK 11 patch
didn't apply cleanly (post-path-unshuffeling).
