Hi,

I'd like to request enhancement backport approval to 8u for:

8078437: Enable use of devkits for Windows.
JBS: https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8078437

This is to make jdk8u easier to build on Windows, and to give us more 
options to stay able to build jdk8u in the future.
