Question of backport AppCDS to openjdk8u

Hi, Gurus

    I have a question about backporting AppCDS to jdk8u. Recently I have
been working on backporting AppCDS from jdk10 to jdk8(for internal use), I
also want this feature in openjdk8. Since OracleJDK8 has AppCDS as
commercial feature, so need to know if it is okay to add this important
feature to open jdk8u before it is on LTS. If it is OK I will file a bug
and get it pushed into open repo.
