[8u-dev] build failure - Backout backport of JDK-8211394 from jdk 8u-dev

Hello!

This is a request to backout the backport of the fix for JDK-8211394 as 
it causes build failure on all platforms.

I've just double-checked, and trying to build fresh jdk8u-dev from the 
top hg revision failed.

With the fix backed out, it build fine again.
