Hi,

can I please get an approval for down-porting "8213151: [AIX] Some
class library files are missing the Classpath exception" from 12 to
8u-dev?

This patch fixes a licensing issue which is important to be fixed in
update release as well. The change applies cleanly to the 8u-dev/jdk
repo modulo the usual directory shuffling and comes with no risk
because it only changes the comment section which contains the license
information.
