Cannot build jdk8 on kernel 5.x

Well, it is fixed in 8u for at least two weeks now:

Ask AdoptOpenJDK people what exactly do they have in their mirror. It seems their latest sync was 28
days ago -- and that quite probably misses a lot of work done in 8u.
