Status of JFR port and some timelines

Hi guys,
the plan sounds fine with me either. I'll prepare rebased patch as soon as baseline is ready
BTW, the current code have two bugs around thread sampling functionality (both coming from Azul's side of the patch). I'll publish fixes along the main patch (inside or outside, whatever you prefer)
