JFR backport status

Hi all,

I have sync'ed up jdku-dev post security with our staging repository:

https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u-jfr-incubator/

After discussing with Andrew we decided to be best to create a new bug
rather than reusing the existing JFR and mark them as backports, so I
went ahead and created it:

Andrey, can you please use this bug for the review request and subsequent push?

I will create more of those to track the additional efforts, it would
be best however if this first commit includes all the known fixes to
the base patch already, with only the additional features that Alibaba
backported excluded (this will be a separate bug).

I'm looking forward to see the updated patch!
