8u-jfr-incubator: binary builds, webrevs

Hi there,

My CI finally builds 8u-jfr-incubator binaries:
  https://builds.shipilev.net/openjdk-jdk8-jfr/

Also, webrevs against 8u upstream are available here:
  https://builds.shipilev.net/patch-openjdk-jdk8-jfr/

Both are automatically updated nightly/weekly.

Vanilla JMC is not able to connect to those builds yet, unless you hack out the version detection
paths a bit. The JMC binaries linked below contain that hack, and thus are able to connect:
