[8u] RFR Backport JDK-8154313, Generated javadoc scattered all over the place

This is patch which was pushed (in slightly different form) to jdk9, and then was changing through
every jdk until its form in jdk11 ad up.

This is backport of the jdk11 and up shape in jdk8 way:

jdk11:
sh configure && make docs-zip
silently leads to:
./linux-x86_64-normal-server-release/bundles/jdk-11.0.5-internal+0-adhoc.jvanek.jdk11u-docs.zip

jdk8:
sh configure && make docs-zip
leave single trace which leads to:
build/linux-x86_64-normal-server-release/bundles/jdk-1.8.0-internal-jvanek_2019_08_21_18_10-b00-docs.zip

The patch is in jdk8 rpms for long time, and I have seen adapted it by other distros since jdk9 made
it visible.

Is it possible to backport it please?
