[8u] RFR 8218553: Enhance keystore load debug output

Hi,

I'd like to request a review for the jdk8u backport of 8218553 [1], as
requested in [2].

Changes to the original patch:

 * Copyright dates

 * Paths

 * In JavaKeyStore.java, the hook does not apply cleanly because of a
different context. In the original patch, there are a couple of import
below the line added. In the backport patch, there is a comment. Please
note that the line added is exactly the same and there are no code changes.

Testing

 * No regressions found in sun/security/pkcs11 and sun/security/pkcs12
