[JFR Backport] New target version in Jira

Hi all!

I just wanted to share a quick note, we now have a new "version" in Jira:
openjdk8u-jfr-incubator

I'm going now through the bugs that we pushed that affected only our
incubator and mark them as such, for the future can you please use this
version for anything that is specific to the incubator?
