[8u] RFR 8131778: java disables UseAES flag when using VIS=2 on sparc

Hi,

Looks to me that now that 8073108 is in 8u-dev, 8131778 [1] applies
cleanly (so there is no need for a webrev). As soon as it's approved
[2], I can push if you all agree.
