8u242 FREEZE Imminent; 1st of January, 2020

The release of 8u242 is coming up on the 14th of January, 2020 [0].

To prepare for this, I plan to freeze 8u after the 1st of January, 2020,
so that embargoed security changes can be applied on top and releases
prepared in time for the unembargo on the 14th.

A final tag, jdk8u242-b06, will be made at the time of the freeze.

If you'd like a change to still be considered for 8u242, please mark it
as jdk8u-critical-request ONCE REVIEWED (if necessary).
