Yes.
Leftover wrinkle here is to codify that if a maintainer (like maybe myself in the future) submits
the RFA, it has to be acked by _another_ maintainer :) This rule is obvious, but obvious rules need
to be spelled out anyway.
Changing the process to jdk8u-fix-requests would be a nice addition, from both backporter and
maintainer perspective. It also allows to manage and track backporting work [1][2] without going
certifiably insane. I am glad it is on the table.
