My apologies for the merges. Didn't think it was an issue, but will avoid them in the future (but just pushed one before I read this: sigh).

    I agree, there might be situation where merges appeal reasonable.
    Also, maybe when you push 2 dependent changsets.
    But looking at the graph of jdk8u-dev/jdk, I guess the merges could have been avoided.
