[8u-communication] Moving the JDK8u Project website content to the OpenJDK wiki

In order to make it easier for a future Project Lead to maintain
the web content of the JDK 8 Updates Project in OpenJDK, I've
cloned the contents of the current Project website content[1] on
to a new jdk8u Project space on wiki.openjdk.java.net[2].

If I hear no objections by Monday, 21st January, I'll edit the
https://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk8u  landing page to highlight
the new Wiki content.
