I have no objection to approving this when it reaches that stage, but it does
need an appropriate review first, and, like Andrew Haley, I don't feel
this is within
my competency to review.

If there is someone with the expertise to review PPC patches, but they are not
on this reviewers list, we could nominate them to that role, as we did recently
with Andrew Haley.
