CFV: New OpenJDK 8 Updates Committer

I hereby nominate Gustavo Romero (gromero) [0] to OpenJDK 8 Updates Committer.

Gustavo has done a lot of work on the PPC port [1], including
a number of 8u backports already [2] [3] with more planned.
He already has committer status on the main JDK project.

Votes are due by 17h00 UTC on the 1st of February, 2019.

Only current OpenJDK 8 Updates Committers (and above) [4] are eligible
to vote on this nomination.
Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
