CFV: New OpenJDK 8u Reviewer: Martin Doerr

I hereby nominate Martin Doerr [0] for the role of OpenJDK 8u Reviewer.

Martin already has reviewership in OpenJDK 9 and later,
and his experience [1] on the PPC platform would be invaluable
in OpenJDK 8u, where I believe we currently have no reviewers
with knowledge of the PPC codebase.

Votes are due by the 6th of February, 2019, at 16h00 UTC.

Only current OpenJDK 8u Reviewers [2] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.
