[8u-communication] New Project Lead discussion

To help transition this Project to a new Lead, I'd like to invite JDK 8
Updates Project Committers and Reviewers who are not currently employed
by Oracle to nominate themselves for this technically challenging role
by replying to this mail.  Please describe your contributions to the
Project to date and give an indication of your future plans for this
Project. Self nominations should be submitted before 30th January 2019.

The sponsoring Group for this Project is the Build Group.  The Build
Group Lead is, per the Bylaws, responsible for selecting the new Lead of
this Project.  After I step down as Project Lead, the Build Group Lead
will select a new Lead for this Project from the set of nominees.
