Vote: Yes

While I don't have an objection to this nomination, it is worth noting
that none of the listed fixes are for 8u and the first two are for
AArch64, which wouldn't currently even be applicable to 8u. As such, I'm
voting yes more on the basis of your judgement of the work Andrey is
doing (and will be doing) on JFR, than on existing commit history.

And, after all, you still need to get past the reviewers and maintainers
to actually commit to 8u... ;-)
