Thanks. I'd suggest also removing the two Push templates to avoid
confusion.

I think "Proposing Critical 8u Fixes for CPU releases" &
"Phase 2 Integration Process" could also go, as they're covered
by "Guidelines for working on jdk8u", and I don't believe we're
using the critical-request label mentioned in the former.
