[8u] RFA 8204142: AWT hang occurs when sequenced events arrive out of sequence in multiple AppContexts

I don't know which is which. The last few pushes I've done have been the result of "hg commit -u <original-assignee>", which results in the original assignee being recorded as the backport assignee. I don't know how to put both that person's name and the backport author into the same issue.

    Hm, for these bugs, the author field looks fine in the Oracle downports, at least in the public ones that we can see. JDK-8027434 is authored by mchinnathamb and JDK-8027434 by serb. The users that submitted the backports are different though, which is fine. Maybe you're confusing these?
