Shall we tag 212 for openjfx?

OpenJFX is a separate Project in OpenJDK. The openjfx/8u code line 
currently has no maintainer. Unless and until a suitable maintainer 
steps forward, there is no point in tagging it (and without a 
maintainer, no one with any standing to do so). See this message [1] 
sent to the openjfx-dev mailing list.
