JDK8u212 next steps

Hi Aleksey,

good question. In JBS we have openjdk8u222 now. But I didn't get a confirmation mail, whether hgupdater for jdk8u-dev repositories has been updated. I have send a mail to ops this morning, requesting this confirmation.

On the other hand, I guess, you can test it yourself by pushing one of your changes and then see how the backport issue will look like. If it's openjdk8u222, all is fine and you can push your batch. If not, we can repair the one backport issue manually and we continue to wait... What do you think?
