Good idea!

>From my naive understanding, this is merely a question of changing
"jcheck" in such a way that it allows these sort of extra comments. As
project owner you can disable "jcheck" altogether, in which case we
could start using the new comments right away. I'd nevertheless vote
for keeping "jcheck" but extend it to allow the new format.
