JDK-8215210: [macos] Hangul text does not shape to the precomposed form on JDK8u

This looks reasonable to me based on prr's description, but I've got almost no experience in this area. I'd cross-post to 2d-dev to see what they think. They might be interested in your regression tests.

    one verifies that required shaping works as expected and another -- that
    there's no obvious regression for JDK-8201801
