CFV: New JDK Committer: Denghui Dong

Hi all,

I hereby nominate Denghui Dong (denghui.ddh at alibaba-inc.com) [1] to
JDK 8 Update committer.

Denghui has been contributing a large number of backports for the
Flight Recorder incubator project and is one of the authors of the
original backport patch.
