I am committer and can help getting this pushed, but JDK 8u is
currently in rampdown[1]. Before you push a Fix Request comment and a
label is needed to request approval of the fix to JDK 8u. See:
https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/jdk8u

Once you have jdk8u-fix-yes, we need to coordinate with maintainers
when and where to push. Please let me know when you have approval and
then send me a proper HG exported patch which passes jcheck and I'll
push it for you.
