Subsequent versions of the OpenJSSE provider were created by backporting TLS related fixes from JDK11.05 and JDK11.06. The history of these backports is available at https://github.com/openjsse/openjsse/commits/master

as usual before accepting a contribution including code created outside
of OpenJDK, we need to go through the repo to ensure that the authors
have an OCA on file.

Looking at the list of commits, I see commits from yourself and Gil Tene
at Azul as well as from Pavel Petroshenko. Pavel's GitHub account [0]
associates him with a different company, for which no OCA is in place
yet. [1]

Could you elaborate a bit on the origin story of Pavel's commits, please?

cheers,
