AFAIUI, jdk8u252 won't support Notarized Builds for Mac OSX. Your best
bet about it's status is to get in touch with Simon Tooke (cc) who has
been working on some of the patches to move to a newer toolchain (a
pre-req for getting this done, AFAIK).
