Hi Alexey,

Thanks for contributing this backport.

A few comments:

 * The reference in the commit message has to be to 8161973 (and not to
8161974 which is a duplicate and is not present in the repository).

 * Given that the "java/security/cert" tests category is not under the
scope of the TLSv1.3 patches (including Step 11 - 8245681), I suggest to
include the backport of
"test/java/security/cert/PKIXRevocationChecker/OcspUnauthorized.java" as
part of this patch.
  * Note: I'm okay with the decision for
test/javax/net/ssl/Stapling/SSLSocketWithStapling.java because it will
be file-replaced.
