[8u] RFR 8080462: Update SunPKCS11 provider with PKCS11 v2.40 support

I'd like to propose Webrev.03:

Webrev.03 changes (in comparison to Webrev.01):

 * Reverted the removal of the 'args' argument in every PKCS11 test (now
that 8144539 is in 8u).

 * test/sun/security/pkcs11/MessageDigest/ByteBuffers.java
  * Copyright date ends in 2016 before applying the patch because
8144539 is now in 8u and was the latest to update that line.
  * Hook #2 does not apply cleanly because of 8165689 is not in 8u
   * Needed to remove "@modules" line from hook and one '*' character
from the beginning of the comment
   * 8165689 is about module dependencies on tests and does not apply to 8u
  * Hook #3 now applies cleanly because 8144539 is in 8u

Testing:

 * No regressions observed in sun/security/pkcs11 category
