[8u] RFR 8022535: [TEST BUG] javax/swing/text/html/parser/Test8017492.java fails

I would like to backport this to 8u for parity with Oracle 8u281.

The original patch does not apply cleanly.

1) The test is not in 8u ProblemList.txt
2) Copyright line does not match in Test8017492.java
