[IMPORTANT] 8u & 8u-dev now CLOSED FOR PUSHES for rampdown

Hi all,

We are now ramping down for the release of OpenJDK 8u282 in January.

I have tagged 8u-dev locally and will promote b04 once build testing
is complete.

jdk8u/jdk8u will be closed until this promotion is completion. After
that, requests for regression fixes for 8u282 can be made using the
jdk8u-critical-request label.

jdk8u/jdk8u-dev will be closed until hgupdater is switched over to
use openjdk8u292.

Please await further e-mail before pushing changes.
