Right. How do they fail? Do they fail on later OpenJDK versions?

I don't know. From the looks of it, rtm tests are not part of the tier1
test set for JDK 11 and jdk head.

If we're going to problem list these, it should be under a separate bug with the failures documented, not hidden away under this bug.

OK. We should probably not problem list them, but perhaps exclude from
the tier1 test set (so as to match later JDKs). Anyway, I've removed
additional exclusions:
