[8u] RFR: 8258241: [8u] Missing doPrivileged() hunks from JDK-8226575

Hi,

Please review this 8u-only bug affecting the current jdk8u-dev tree.
We've backported JDK-8226575 and later JDK-8217338. Since JDK-8217338
wasn't present in 8u at the time one hunk got omitted. This patch
brings code-bases in sync.

I've gone over the JDK 11 patch of 8226575 again and haven't found any
other discrepancies.
